Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the sales of coaching and other services provided by Sojourner Assay B.V. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Netherlands with KVK number 67460976. These services are provided under the brand names OnGlobal.co, OnGlobal Project, DoYouSpeakSoftware.com, and OnGlobal Ventures (collectively referred to as "the Services"). By purchasing any of the Services, you (referred to as "you" or "the Client") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.1. Services
1.1. We offer various coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to professional development, project management, and software consulting.1.2. Detailed descriptions of the Services can be found on our respective websites and marketing materials. We strive to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date but reserve the right to make changes at any time.2. Agreement
2.1. By ordering the Services, you enter into a binding agreement with Sojourner Assay B.V.2.2. The agreement is effective from the date we confirm your order.3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. The prices for the Services are listed on our websites and are subject to change. The price applicable to your order will be the price at the time your order is confirmed.3.2. Payment must be made in full prior to the commencement of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.3.3. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our websites. All payments must be made in Euros (€).4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. You may cancel the Services within 14 days of entering into the agreement without providing a reason. To cancel, you must notify us in writing.4.2. If the Services have commenced within the 14-day cancellation period, you will be liable for the costs of any Services provided up to the point of cancellation.4.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.4.4. After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds will only be given at our discretion, unless otherwise stipulated by law.5. Delivery of Services
5.1. The Services will be delivered in accordance with the details agreed upon at the time of order.5.2. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the Services within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.6. Client Responsibilities
6.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information and any materials necessary for us to deliver the Services.6.2. You agree to cooperate fully with us and provide any information or support needed to facilitate the delivery of the Services.7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All intellectual property rights in the materials and content provided as part of the Services are owned by us or our licensors.7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Our liability for any direct damages arising from the provision of the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.8.2.
